We offer a 14-day return policy on all HNATV products, provided the products are returned unused and in their original packaging. This policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting against misuse.

Returns for International & US Orders

  • Return Request: A return request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Authorization: Each order requires its own Return Authorization. Multiple orders cannot be combined and returned in one parcel.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Digital items (such as PDF ebooks) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Return Limitations: Maximum one return per product per customer/household within a 6-month period.
  • Refund Processing: A refund will be processed once the package has been received and inspected by HNATV. The $9.99 return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund for U.S. returns. International customers are responsible for paying return postage with their carrier of choice.
  • Misuse of Return Policy: HNATV reserves the right to limit returns or refuse refunds if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy, such as repeated returns, fraudulent activities, or other suspicious behavior.
